These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 77com ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the 77com website, installing the app, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed, except where a cash-out option is available for that specific market and is explicitly offered to you at the time.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the completion of the minimum playing time required for settlement, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results or by the size of your wager.

• In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including disconnection, server error or game software fault — the hand or spin in progress at the time may be voided. 77com will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical issues fairly.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance after verification of outstanding wagering requirements and pending transactions will be returned to the player via their last used payment method.
